My career has taken me from the foundations of hospitality to leading Client Experience at Jacada Travel.

Along the way, I’ve cleaned hotel rooms, sold trips and worked in concierge. Each step has shaped how I think about the moments people remember: considered service, genuine warmth and the small details that make an experience feel personal.

Today I’m based in London and work with a team spread across the world, from Argentina and Kenya to Portugal and Indonesia.
